Is it really annonymous?

YES. In fact, that is the whole point. So feel free to reach out and say Heyy when struggling.

What if I don't want to be a listener?

Just toggle your Online switch to the off position and you will not receive connection requests from those struggling.

You can still connect to new listeners with the Heyy ;) button or continue to chat with those whom you recently connected, even while Offline.

Is there any tutorial or guidance on how to use the app?
